LK Bennett introduce target email campaigns to understand its customers

British women’s wear retailer, LK Bennett have chosen marketing firm smartFOCUS DIGITAL to prolk-bennettvide a solution in providing personalised email contact across their international campaigns.

The online and luxury fashion retailer have used the digital marketers E-channel system to automatically trigger individually tailored emails to thousands of recipients, informing them of up and coming campaigns and new season stock.

The new E-channel allows the retailer to make comparisons between campaigns, allowing marketers to judge the effectiveness of different campaigns and the main tactics used.

The move to the new digital system came after LK Bennett began looking for a specific technology system, which would allow them to gain a greater customer insight, and have the capabilities to design and segment lists at ease, to increase the conversion rate of their current customer base.

The new system also allows the company to add new customers to the existing database, allowing all their customers to clearly receive tailored updates of future campaigns.

Now, marketers at LK Bennett will be able to manage their marketing campaigns effectively, using the advanced campaign analysis and reporting features to oversee and track the results of campaigns.

LK Bennett’s Head of e-Commerce, Katy Smyth, said, “We recognise the need to connect with our customers and offer them updates on the products that interest them the most.
